Who I am



Thank you reaching out to learn more about me. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and LPC-Supervisor with over 25-years of experience. I have a BS degree in psychology and a MA degree in counseling. More importantly, my therapeutic approach is client centered, focused on building on the strengths you already have within you. I believe anyone can make positive change and my role is to provide place of support and encouragement while also providing easy to implement tools and skills to support your journey to improved health.

Services



All services are provided via a HIPAA compliant platform that allows you to receive mental health support from the comfort of your home or wherever you feel most comfortable. I am licensed in the states of Texas and Florida and provide counseling services for individuals and adults who are facing challenges with stress, anxiety, or depression. I do not provide letters for emotional support animals, disability claims, or custodial evaluations.
